Ｇ２０で各国首脳が、テロとの戦いとその資金源の枯渇に関し、団結したことが強調された発表では、「この暴力的な行為の数々は、我々の治安を強化し、国民を守るために団結するという決意を強力にした。」この発表は素晴らしい！
テロの資金源を枯渇させるための戦いの重要性に言及された発表で、「民間部門の活動を含む国際協力活動や情報共有を拡大すると決意されたことが強調された」が、具体性がない！
特に宗教団体や政治団体、ＮＧＯなどへの寄付やその使い道についても、情報が公開され情報共有がなされなければならない。これらは国際条約の形で具体化され、批准され、各国の国内法で対処されなければ意味がない。
