「ＩＣＣへ提訴した日本政府の人道上の犯罪シリーズ」ＮＯ11です。
このメールは、国際社会に、地球上の人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、
私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。
日本政府は、世界が悩んでいる移民問題で、
国際法、日本国憲法、入管法（移民法）に基づかない「人道上の違法な犯罪行為」で、
合法的な理由で入国させた労働者外国人を、
不法就労の理由で、刑事犯罪人にして、使い捨てにして、国外退去させています。
この犯罪行為はトランプ大統領の「アメリカ第一主義」とは全く違う、
極めて極悪な犯罪行為です。
日本国内での解決は、国会議員への訴えも虚しく枯渇しましたので、国際社会に訴えます。
すでに、ＩＣＣへ告訴（情報通知）をしましたが、国際社会の皆様も理解して下さい。
そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題を解決する上でも、
最優先でこの問題を糾弾するように圧力をかけて下さい。

この問題が国際法の下で解決すれば、国際法の下での問題解決に絶望した、
テロリストのテロ行為も解決できるかもしれません。
以下は、トランプ大統領に以下のメールした内容をシリーズで提供します。
本日のＥメール内容は、
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。

私は２０１１年4月に、懲役1年半の実刑および罰金１００万円の刑事罰が下されました。
控訴しましたが２０１１年１０月に棄却されました。
最高裁判所に上告しましたが、
「適用法誤りによる上告は、刑事訴訟法上審議対象外」として２０１２年２月棄却された。
そして２０１２年３月、監獄に収監され、２０１３年３月に刑の満期で出所しました。
共犯とされた（KinGungaku）は罪を認めたので実刑でなく執行猶予となりました。
そして２０１０年１０月末には中国へ強制送還された。
正犯4人は２０１０年８月ころまでに懲役１年半及び実刑となりました。
そして執行猶予で中国に強制送還された。
KinGungakuは、まったく刑事罰を受ける行為をしていません。
中国人4人は、在留資格外の就労をしましたが、
不法就労させた事業者が処罰されないので、不法就労させられた中国人4人は、
事業者と平等に処罰されないのが法の論理です。
このように日本の司法制度は、私や KinGungakuのように、
法に反する逮捕、法に反する起訴、法に反する判決が平然と行われています。
そして未だに、検察官らは罪を認めず握り潰すのです。
このようなことは、国際法では「人道上の犯罪」です。
