拝啓。ＣＮＮによると、米国務省のティラーソン長官は３日、
国連に対し、難民・移民の支援を定めた「ニューヨーク宣言」からの離脱を通告したと発表した。
同宣言は米国の主権を侵害すると主張している。
ニューヨーク宣言は、難民や移民へ差別や暴力根絶、移民の権利を守り、定住を支援し、
教育や雇用を保障する目的で昨年まとめられ、米国も当初から参加していた。
同宣言では、難民・移民に関する国際的な合意を来年までに採択することを目指している。
４日からはメキシコで、移民問題に関する国際会議が開幕する。
しかし、難民・移民の受け入れが多いアメリカが参加しなくては、
「ニューヨーク宣言」の意味がありません。
私は、アメリカの主張も理解できますが、
国連総会のライチャーク議長の言うように、米国の離脱には遺憾です。
国際的な難民・移民問題は１国のみでは対応できないと思います。
トランプ大統領に再考をお願いします。もう一度各国で話し合うべきです
。
日本は、条約などは批准しますが、実行しない卑怯なく国です。
守れないのであれば、日本は批准するべきでないと思います。
日本はとても「ニューヨーク宣言」レベルではありません。
日本は安易に、合法的に入国させ、安価な労働力として利用して、
不要になれば犯罪人として追放しています。
日本の移民難民対応を、下記を参考に、各国は調査して糾弾すべきです。
ヨーロッパが移民・難民問題で苦しんでいる中、
日本では、西欧社会が驚愕する不法な手段で移民問題の対応をしています。
