私は、懲役１年半、罰金５０万円の実刑を受けた。
２０１０年６月１４日に逮捕・監禁され、
２０１１年６月２４日に保釈を受け、２０１２年３月５日に収監され、
２０１３年３月１９日に満期出所をしました。
そして、告訴人は、肉体的苦痛や精神的苦痛、社会的信用を失い、
会社を自己破産させ、
そして逮捕、長期の拘留などにより、
その結果として株式公開準備会社の破産、特許登録の機会消滅や持ち家の消失、
会社の連帯保証債務の弁済などで、すべての信用、財産や収入などを失うことになったのです。
また妻子も同様の苦痛を受けたのです。
また私が代表取締役であったＬ社は、
当事件を発端として自己破産となり１６５人以上を超える株主は経済的損失と
精神的苦痛を受けたのです。
日本社会に与える影響は大きいものであります。
また関連して中国人民および中国政府や国際社会に与える影響は甚大であります。
私は、この逮捕、監禁によって、逮捕された年の１月に母親を亡くしましたが、
初盆も出来ず、収監により、３回忌も出来ませんでした。
家内は、妹や姪、姪の亭主らより、連帯保証人（妹）として、
どうしてくれると恫喝もされていました。
告訴人は姪から今でも恫喝されています。
妹は２０１３年８月ガンでなくなりました。姪は癌の因果関係は告訴人にあると言います。勿論、葬儀にいくことはありません。
その後も、告訴人は、今も手紙などで姪から嫌がらせを受けています。
家宅捜査の噂は１、２日で取引先などに伝わり、逮捕の報道は友人などにも伝わり、
唾をかけられるほどの仕打ちです。
これは、告訴人が、清廉潔白を自負し理屈を言っていたしっぺ返しかもしれませんが、
テレビや新聞の報道の怖さを感じます。
中国人もいなくなりました。告訴人に友好的な中国人は、私の話を聞いて、
日本が怖くなったと言って中国に帰って行きました。
