助けてください！2018年01月12日：英国首相テリーザ・メイ 閣下へのメール！
拝啓、北朝鮮に対する国際社会の経済制裁により、朝鮮半島に平和が戻りつつあります。
トランプ大統領は「南北対話の間、軍事行動ない」と明言しました。
しかし、北朝鮮に対する備え、経済制裁は解除しないとの発表ですので安心しています。
きっと国際社会の願い通りに朝鮮半島に平和が戻ると思います。
日本が法の下で統治されていない、身近な事例を紹介します。
日本のネット上では、
トランプ大統領が安倍首相にパチンコ営業を禁止する指示を出したとの
フェイクニュースでいっぱいです。それでトランプ大統領の人気は絶大です。
北朝鮮の経済を支えてきたのは、
日本に在住する朝鮮人（帰化も含む）からの送金です。
パチンコ経営者のほとんどは朝鮮人です。祖国に対する思いは変わらないと思います。
これは米国などのユダヤ出身者と同じ思いです。
日本は競馬などの公営ギャンブルだけ合法です。
パチンコは不法にギャンブル営業をやっています。
パチンコは景品としてチョコレートなどを受けることは合法ですが、
換金すると賭博になり犯罪です。
しかし特殊商品と換金しています。換金できるから魅力なのです。
多くの者が警察に通報してきました。
しかし、警察は「その事実はない」と言って、逮捕しません。
パチンコ店の前に「換金所」があるので、滑稽です。
日本人なら、誰でも知っています。
警察や政治家がパチンコ業者と癒着しているので国民の力では止められません。
日本は、検察に「起訴独占権」があるので、
警察や検察が告訴を受理しないと犯罪にできません。
不法行為を国民が止められないのです。
ネット民のコメントの多くは、
「公営ギャンブルは地方都市の財政に貢献してきた。
パチンコは北朝鮮の核・ミサイル開発に貢献してきた。
そして、その核・ミサイルで日本が狙われる。政府は何をやってるんだ！」
これで、日本が法の下で統治されていないことが理解できたと思います。

日本の人権問題で、私が具体的に言いたいことは２つです！
１．中国人やフィリッピン人が在留資格以外の働いたことは事実です、
入管法は働いた者と、働かせた者を平等に処分する規定です。
この事件では、在留資格以外で働いた外国人だけを刑事処分しています。
不法に働かせた者（雇用者）を、入管法７３条の２（不法就労助長罪）で何ら処分していません。
そうであれば、働かされた外国人は無罪です。
これが法の下での平等であり、国際法のルールです。
であれば、いかなる不法就労に対する幇助者も存在しません。
2．私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、不法就労罪に対する、
刑法幇助罪を適用しましたが、適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取得は、
行政処分である入管法22-4条の４（在留資格取消）です。
提供者は、同罪の幇助にはなりますが、刑法規定で刑事処分は出来ません。
基本的な法律違反の人権侵害です。
適用犯罪は、特別公務員職権乱用罪および虚偽告訴罪です。
今日も外国人らの被害者が多数発生しています。
ICCへ捜査をさせてください！国連やG7、G20などでも議題として取り上げてください。
