読売新聞社説では、「トランプ演説 米議会の対立を克服できるか」との」見出しで、
大型減税や規制緩和、株価上昇、雇用増などの成果を強調し、「新たな米国の時代」の到来を宣言した。支持率は、戦後最低レベルの４０％前後にとどまる。１１月の中間選挙を意識し、実績のアピールを重視したのは間違いない。今後の焦点は、交通網などのインフラ整備に対する巨額の投資を実現し、好調な経済を維持できるかどうかだ。
移民政策を巡る隔たりの解消が当面の課題だ。政権の目玉公約に沿って、メキシコ国境に壁を建設する。民主党が求める不法移民の若者の救済策として、１８０万人に市民権取得への道を開く。トランプ氏は演説で、これらをセットにした移民制度改革案を提起した。
以下は、私も同意見です。超党派の合意を促すには、ツイッターで反対勢力を攻撃し、自身の正当性を一方的に主張する手法も見直すべきではないか。（ＴＰＰ）への復帰検討に関する言及がなかったがどうなんだ！国際協調をどこまで重視するのかは依然不明です。トランプ大統領は、中国の海洋進出や軍拡への対処も含め、インド太平洋戦略の肉付けを急ぐ必要があると思います。
移民難民問題についてはＥＵと話し合ってはいかがですか。英国のＥＵ離脱については、トランプ大統領は英国に、ＥＵに残留するように説得すべきです。

入管法では、在留資格の取得を教唆、幇助、助長などをした外国人は「退去強制」の行政処分で完結しています。ブローカーなどに対しては、不法就労者を配下において管理したり、店などへ斡旋した場合は、入管法の７３条の２「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分を科しています。
このように、「在留資格取消」の行政処分と「不法就労助長罪」の刑事処分で明確に入管行政を行うべく国会は立法しているのですが、警察官、検察官、裁判官は、国会の立法をあざ笑うように、犯行を続けているのです。
「不法就労助長罪」によって、特別公務員（警察官、検察官、裁判官）が事業者と癒着しないで、国会の立法趣旨通り適用すれば、不法就労はできず、不法就労者は発生しません。
不法就労ができなければ、収入がないので日本に居られず不法滞在者もいなくなるるのです。
そうすれば日本人の就労の機会も増え、賃金も上昇するのです。

日本国家による移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪を支援してください。日本法だけ でなく国際法違反です。
私だけでなく、中国人やフィリッピン人ら多くの外国人が犠牲になっています。日本政府による「人道上の犯罪」から救ってください。ＩＣＣへの提出資料は下記にありますので確認してください。
