このニュースを見て、ロシアも北朝鮮に対する「国連経済制裁」を厳しく履行していることを感じました。入港拒否ですから、実際に対北制裁で禁止された貨物が含まれているとは限らないと思いますが、厳しく監視している状況がよくわかります。アメリカの対北朝鮮制裁が国

今日の説明は「実録、法に基づかない不法な逮捕・監禁」ＮＯ：008 です。
犯罪（嘘偽告訴）の動機は、入管法違反（資格外活動）の幇助を、入管法が定める不法就労助長罪でなく、新しく、刑法幇助罪で処罰する策略を成功させ、検察官としての優秀な検挙実績を得るためです。
どうせ、一般の国民は、偉そうに言ってるけど法律なんてわからないと高を括ったのです。それで、在留資格取消の法改正にヒントを得て犯行を思いついたのです。
これに警察が協力し、裁判官までもが企てに乗っかたのです。それに弁護士までもが、正しい法の論理だと認めたのです。
本稿は、入管法の「在留資格取消」の行政処分と「不法就労助長罪」の刑事処分について、私が実際に経験したことを、告訴や上申書等で提出した書面等を元に詳しく説明をしていきますので、 入管法違反幇助事件の真相を理解してください。
またフィリッピン大使館入管法違反嘘偽事件など日本の国益を損ねる事件やこうした罪刑法定主義に基づかない国家権力による人権侵害が起こらないように、法律に関心をもって警察官、検察官、裁判官ら特別公務員を監察すれば、
