米西部アイダホ州にあるボイシ州立大は２０日までに、政治学者ら１７０人の評価に基づく米大統領経験者４４人の格付けを発表した。トップは奴隷解放を宣言したリンカーン、現職のトランプ大統領は４４位で最下位となった。一方で、トランプ氏は「米国を最も分断する大統領」のランキングでは首位だった。大統領や行政機関などを研究対象とする専門家が、外交、内政を含む総合的な「偉大さ」を１００点満点で採点した。上位７人の顔ぶれは２０１４年の前回調査と変わらず、リンカーンのほか、初代ワシントン、太平洋戦争時のフランクリン・ルーズベルトらが名を連ねた。前回１８位だったオバマ前大統領は８位に上がった。トランプ氏は共和党支持者の専門家の間でも４０位にとどまり、党派を問わず低評価。リンカーンが総合評価で９５・０３点を獲得したのに対し、トランプ氏は１２・３４点にとどまった。
トランプ大統領がＮＯ１の偉大な大統領になることを期待しましょう。奴隷解放を宣言したリンカーンより偉大な大統領になることです。偉大な大統領になるには、誰よりも人権を大事にする大統領になることです。

今日の説明は「実録、法に基づかない不法な逮捕・監禁」ＮＯ：0２１ です。
もう一つの刑法の幇助罪については、弁護士は、雇用契約書の作成時期と不法就労時期との時間差が幇助罪の構成要件に該当しないとの論理での説明だったと思いますが、私は、不法就労に対する幇助罪は、不法就労助長罪しかないと思っていましたので、弁護士の言う、刑法幇助罪の時間差の論理はよくわかりませんでした。
それに退去強制の行政処分である「在留資格取消」規定に定めるものは犯罪にならないとの先入観もありました。それで、弁護士（M）が法的措置をとれば、すぐにでも釈放されると思い込んでいました。
私は入管法の幇助違反はしていないし、虚偽の書類（内容嘘偽の雇用契約書）も作成していないと告げて、不法逮捕なので釈放するように依頼します。
弁護士は、「頑張りましょう」と言って、この日はそのまま帰ります。
