2018-03-05：本日のトランプ大統領等へのＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
合法的に滞在している外国人が、在留資格外で働いた場合の処分が不当です。
外国人が資格外で収入を得る目的で働くことは違法です。
しかし外国人が自らの意思だけで不法就労は出来ません。
不法に雇用する事業者がいるからです。
それで入管法は、不法に働いた外国人を「不法就労罪」で、
不法に働かせた事業者を「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分する体系になっています。
しかし、事業者が「不法就労助長罪」で処分されることは、ほとんどありません。
２０１０年の改正で、｛「不法就労助長罪」を知らなかったとの理由は認めない。｝
との条項を加えて3年の猶予期間を与えましたが、事業者が刑事処分されることは、ほとんどありません。
フィリッピン大使館のフィリッピン人運転手が「造園屋」で資格外の不法就労した事件でも、
雇用した「造園屋」は刑事処分されず、
フィリッピン人の運転手だけが「不法就労罪」で刑事処分を受けました。
この刑事処分は恣意的です！
法の下での平等ではありません！
国際法は外国人に対する恣意的な刑罰を禁じていますので国際法違反の違法な処分です。
この事件が不法なのは、不法就労とは関係ないフィリッピン大使館職員や外交官が逮捕されたことです。
皆さん、おかしいと思いませんか？続きます。
