尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
不法就労とは関係ないフィリッピン大使館職員や外交官がなぜ逮捕されたのでしょう。
皆さん、おかしいと思いませんか？
処分されるとすれば、虚偽の書類を提供したことで、
入管法24の4条の４（虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取消）の幇助行為になります。
しかし刑法の幇助罪は適用できません。
それで、2010年の入管法改正で、
虚偽の書類提供や教唆などの幇助行為をした外国人は国外退去の行政処分になりました。
でもフィリッピン人運転手は、法務大臣から入管法24の4条の４
（虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取消）で処分されていません。
だったら、不法就労とは関係ないフィリッピン大使館職員や外交官は、なぜ逮捕されたのでしょうか？
罪名は、フィリッピン人運転手のなした「不法就労罪（資格外活動）」に対する、
刑法の「幇助罪」です！なぜ刑法の「幇助罪」？
