尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
なぜ刑法の「幇助罪」？
内容虚偽の雇用契約書をフィリッピン人（運転手）に渡した。
フィリッピン人（運転手）は、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を添えて東京入管に提出した。
それで、「特定活動の在留資格」が容易に得られた。
それで外務大臣からビザが容易に得られた。
ビザが得られたので日本に在留できた。
日本に在留できたので造園屋で不法就労ができた。
よって、「内容虚偽の雇用契約書の提供と不法就労とは因果関係が明白である」と言うのです。
この論法を、日本では「風が吹けば桶屋(okeya)が儲かる」と言うのです。
例を言います。
風が向けば眼にゴミが入り眼が瞑れる。
そうすると、眼が見えなくなる。
眼が見えない人は「三味線」を演奏して収入を得ていました。
三味線の皮は「猫の皮」で作られていました。
猫を捕獲して三味線の皮に使うので猫がいなくなります。
鼠の天敵の猫がいなくなると、鼠が繁殖します。
鼠は木をかじることが好きです。
それで木で作られた「桶(oke)」が壊れます。
それで「桶(oke)」が売れて、「桶屋(okeya)」が儲かるのです。
このシナリオはいろいろあります。
結論があれば、シナリオはいくらでも書けます。これが日本の司法の論理です。
