2018-03-14：本日のトランプ大統領等へのＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
日本の人権問題で、私が具体的に言いたいことは２つです！
＜１つめ＞は、昨日のメールに記載しました。
＜2つめ＞
私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、
不法就労罪に対する、刑法幇助罪を適用しましたが、適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取得は、行政処分である入管法22-4条の４（在留資格取消）です。
刑事罰はありません。
提供者は、同罪の幇助にはなりますが、刑法規定で刑事処分は出来ません。
２０１０年7月より、幇助した外国人は国外退去になりました。
この事件では、入管法22-4条の４（在留資格取消）の犯罪事実をのべて、
刑法幇助罪を適用するのは適用法違反の人権侵害です。
なんら犯罪ではないのです！
逮捕・監禁こそ犯罪です。
適用犯罪は、特別公務員職権乱用罪および虚偽告訴罪です。
今日も外国人らの被害者が多数発生しています。
ICCへ捜査をさせてください！
国連やG7、G20などでも議題として取り上げてください。
ホワイトハウスの慎重な調査、検討に感謝します。
日本国の政府職員による、移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪を糾弾してください。
日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。
人道上の犯罪に時効はありません。
私だけでなく、中国人やフィリッピン人ら多くの外国人が犠牲になっています。
