日本で、在留資格外で働いて、入管法の資格外活動違反として不法就労罪で処罰される外国人は、
中国人やフィリッピン人だけではありません。
白人も黒人もいます。
言葉を聞いていて、英語だとアメリカ人だと推定しますが、
正しくはアメリカ、英国など英語圏の外国人でしょう。
それで、アメリカの在日大使館のケネディ大使に手紙を書いて、
この事件の支援を依頼しましたが無視されました。
トランプ大統領の支持者は自由と民主主義、人権を大事にする、
強いアメリカを誇りに思っていますが、民主党は違うことを認識しました。
自由と民主主義、人権を大事にする、強いアメリカがトランプ大統領を誕生させたのだと思います。
観光目的などは、一定期間は在留資格審査が不要（ビザなし）ですので、
観光目的で入国して、働く外国人はたくさんいます。
勿論、見つかれば、資格外の不法就労罪で逮捕されます。
アメリカの聖域都市の警察官は逮捕しませんが、日本の警察官は通報があれば逮捕します。
