不法就労が見つかるのは、通報が多いようです。
飲食店など日本人に見つかる場所で働いていれば、通報されます。
不法就労でも、在留期限などが切れた不法滞在の外国人は、
入管法の不法滞在の理由で、法務大臣が国外退去させます。
不法滞在者のほとんどは、不法就労をしています。
船員が下船して10年間ほど不法就労していたが、
警察官に職務質問をされて不法滞在が見つかり逮捕されましたが入管送りになりました。
雇用していた焼肉店は、何も処罰されません。
場合によっては、不法就労の罪で罰金刑を受け、強制送還の者もいます。
私は、不法就労の罪で罰金刑を科す場合は、
雇用した事業者も罰金刑にしなければ国際法違反だと主張していますが、
事実は働かされた外国人だけが、不法就労罪で刑事処分され強制送還されています。
ですから、アメリカ人もたくさんいると思います。
それで、オバマ政権時代に、ケネディ駐日大使に手紙を出したのですが、無視です。
民主党なんて、自由と民主主義そして人権を口先だけで叫ぶ政党です。
クリントン氏がトランプ大統領に負けたのは、当然です。明日へ続きます。
「世界には、人権や言論の自由を尊重する強い国が必要だ」日本国の政府職員による、

日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。人道上の犯罪に時効はありません。
私だけでなく、中国人やフィリッピン人ら多くの外国人が犠牲になっています。
