拝啓 英国首相 テリーザ・メイ 閣下
2018-04-04：本日のトランプ大統領等へのＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
第二次世界大戦に無条件降伏した日本には、
国連軍（米軍）が素晴らしい日本国憲法をプレゼントしてくれました。
2つの条文を記載します
第１４条（第1項）＜法の下での平等＞
すべて国民は、法の下に平等であって、人種、信条、性別、社会的身分又は門地により、
政治的、経済的又は社会的関係において、差別されない。
第３１条＜適正手続の保障＞＜罪刑法定主義＞
何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、
又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。
※法律の定める手続とは国会で定めた法律、および地方政府の議会が定めた条例
それで私は、憲法第１４条により、
「検察官が裁量で、入管法違反の不法就労に関して、不法に働かせた事業者を処罰しないのであれば、
働かされた外国人も処罰すべきではない」と主張しています。
また、憲法第３１条により 不法就労に対する処罰は入管法の規定を適用するべきである。
不法就労した者は、入管法70条4項（罰則－不法就労罪）、
そして不法に雇用した者は、入管法 第73条の2（罰則－不法就労助長罪）で処罰すべきとしています。
これを検察官は「持論」だとして却下するのです。
国際社会の皆さん、日本の司法は正しいですか？
不法入国は不法就労以前の次元の問題です。
各国は不法入国を防止するために国境に壁を作るべきです！

So according to Article 14 of the Constitution,
"If a public prosecutor at discretion does not punish a business that illegally worked on illegal employment of violation of Immigration Control Act,
We should not punish any foreign nationals who worked. "
In addition, according to Article 31 of the Constitution, the provision of Immigration Control Act should be applied for punishment for illegal employment.
Those who have worked illegally, the Immigration Control Law Article 70 (4) (penal provision - illegal employment crime),
And those who illegally hired were supposed to be punished by Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act (penal provision - promotion of illegal employment).
This is rejected by the public prosecutor as "an opinion".
