拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
私は、中国人4人が犯した「不法就労」の幇助罪で刑事処罰を受けました。
不法就労を幇助したと言うのです。
私は飲食店を経営していません。
私は入管法が規定する、73の２条（不法就労助長罪）が規定する行為は一切行っていません。
これは警察官、検察官も認めています。
国際社会の皆さん、日本の司法は正しいですか？
本題に入る前に、
不法就労させた事業者を入管法７3の２条（不法就労助長罪）で処罰しないのであれば、
不法就労した（不法就労させられた）中国人4人も入管法７3条の不法就労罪で処分しないのが、
法の下での平等です。国際法は、恣意的に外国人を差別することを禁じていますので、
国際法のルールでは、中国人4人は無罪です。
中国人4人が無罪であれば、私の幇助罪もありません。
法務大臣が許可した在留資格以外で働く外国人は無数にいます。
私が逮捕されて留置された、警察署、取調べの検察庁の留置所、裁判所の待合所の様子では、
毎日、数百人、数千人が逮捕されています。
ほとんどが、不法就労です。
不法就労者は、在留資格期限が切れたオーバーステイの者と、在留資格外活動を行ったものです。
ここからびっくりする展開になります。
不法入国は不法就労以前の次元の問題です。
各国は不法入国を防止するために国境に壁を作るべきです！
