拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
不法就労をした外国人で、合法的に在日している外国人を国外退去させるには、
刑事犯罪者にすれば良いのです。不法就労罪で、少額の罰金刑にするのです。
日本国内で犯罪を犯したので、国外強制退去になります。
ほとんどに外国人が、このケースです。
おかしいと思いませんか？
在留期限をオーバーステイしている外国人が不法就労したときは、
刑事処分なしで国外強制退去です。
在留期限をオーバーステイして在日しているのは、ほとんどが不法就労するためです。
不法就労で、不法就労させたものが雇用者が入管法の「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分されないで、
不法就労させられた外国人だけが入管法の「不法就労罪」で刑事処分です。
罰金刑とはいえ、法の下で平等とは言えません。
これを認めるなら、国際法で言う、「法の下での平等」とは何ですか？教えてください。
アメリカの聖域都市はクレイジーです。
同じ連邦法の下でも、警察官は、銃犯罪者は逮捕する。
しかし警察官は、不法入国者は逮捕しない。ＥＵ各国はどうですか？
こうした理不尽な政治が「テロ」を産んでいると思います。
これに真っ向から挑戦しているのがトランプ大統領だと思います。
不法入国は不法就労以前の次元の問題です。
各国は不法入国を防止するために国境に壁を作るべきです！
