●日本政府のする、外国人の不法就労に対する扱いは、不平等で国際法違反です。
過去、そして現在も、多くの外国人が不当に処罰されて国外追放されています。
この行為は、人道、人権に反する行為です。
「泣き寝入り（Nakineiri）＝（Suck it up）（crying yourself to sleep）」しないで、
日本政府に謝罪と名誉の回復（無罪）そして賠償を要求しましょう。
●法律的な理由は、詳細に、毎日、大使館やメディなど多くの方にメールしています。
不法就労は、不法に働きたい外国人と不法な外国人を雇用する事業者がいるから成立します。
日本の法律では、
１．在留資格外などで不法に働いた外国人は、
入管法の不法就労罪（７０条）で処罰（罰金および懲役刑）されます。
２．働く在留資格のない外国人を不法に働かせた者は、
入管法の「不法就労助長罪」（７３の２条）で個人と団体（法人）が処罰（罰金および懲役刑）されます。
しかし、警察官、検察官、裁判官は、不法に働いた外国人だけを、
罰金刑や懲役刑で処罰しますが、雇用した事業者は処罰していません。
この行為は外国人を恣意的に差別することを禁じた国際法に違反します。
処罰に当たっては、 警察官、検察官に「裁量権」がありますが、
恣意的な差別は禁じられています。
雇用した者が無罪ならば、働かされた外国人も無罪です。
