同年12月１５日、「Cyosuki」は、東京都港区（住所）東京入国管理局において、
「在留期間（資格）更新許可申請書」とともに前記の「内容虚偽の雇用契約書等」を提出した。
「Cyosuki」は平成２２年３月２３日、申請した在留資格の許可を得た。

整理すると、
１．「Cyosuki」は資格外活動である、飲食店で働いて、報酬を得た。
２．Nagano Yasuhiroは、「Cyosuki」が、資格外活動で働くことを知っているのに、
レフコで働くと言って「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を作成した。
３．（Nagano Yasuhiroの部下であるKIｎGungaku）は、
「Cyosuki」に「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を交付した。
４．12月１５日、「Cyosuki」は、在留期間（資格）更新許可申請書とともに
「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」等を東京入管に提出した。
そして、彼は２０１０年３月２３日、新しい在留許可を得た。
