日本政府による、貴国の「不法就労罪」での人権侵害被害者を救済してください。
それで、外国人に「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を提供した者は、
不法就労に対する刑法の幇助罪が適用できると言うのです。
彼らは不法就労でなく殺人をすれば、殺人罪に対する刑法の幇助罪だと言うのです。
彼らは、刑法の幇助罪の適用論理に「風が吹けば桶屋(Okeya)が儲かる」の論法を採用しているのです。
刑法の幇助罪を適用するための「こじつけ（ far-fetched ）」です。
彼らは罪にならないことを無理やり犯罪にしています。

私は、外国人がした不法就労について話しています
不法就労では、外国人に不法就労させた雇用者が無罪であれば、
不法就労させられた外国人も無罪です。これが法の下での平等です。

各国政府は日本政府より人権侵害を受けた自国民の救済を日本政府に求めるべきです。
移民や難民を新たに受け入れるよりも、自国民の救済を優先すべきです。
