起訴状に書かれている入管法２２－４－４（虚偽の書類提出）の事実は、
他の一般的な法律よりも優先します。
仮に、中国人が虚偽の書類提出により、入管より在留資格を得たとしても、
中国人が付与された在留資格の範囲内で働けば不法就労にはなりません。
検察官は、中国人の入管法２２－４－４（虚偽の書類提出）の事実があれば、
裁判所ではなく、法務大臣に在留資格の取り消しを提案すべきです。
検察官は、中国人を「懲役刑」で刑事処分したければ、
中国人を不法に働かせた雇用者を入管法７３－２（不法就労を幇助した罪）で、
刑事処分すべきです。
この事件では、中国人は無罪です。
この事件で成功した検察官らは、
この手口を「フィリッピン大使館」での入管法違反事件でも使います。
まったく同じ手口です。続きます。
各国政府は日本政府より人権侵害を受けた自国民の救済を日本政府に求めるべきです。
移民や難民を新たに受け入れるよりも、自国民の救済を優先すべきです。
