拝啓、私は日本人です。警察官、検察官、裁判官が行った、「適用法の誤り」による「自己的な犯罪」です。
起訴状に書かれている入管法２２－４条の４項（虚偽の書類提出）の幇助行為は
「刑法」の「幇助罪」は適用できません。
そして、不法な」逮捕監禁」は国際法違犯（crime against humanity ）です。
今週は私の被害について書いていきます。
この原稿は2013年6月に、刑務所を出所後に書いたものです。
警察官、検察官、裁判官らの、日本国の法律を侮辱する悪質な虚偽告訴及び職権濫用により、
私は、懲役１年半、罰金１００万円の実刑を受けた。
私は、懲役２０１０年６月１４日に逮捕そして監禁され、２０１１年６月２４日に「保釈」を受け、
２０１２年３月５日に「収監」され、そして２０１３年３月１９日に私は刑務所から解放されました。
そして私は、逮捕、長期の拘留などにより「肉体的苦痛」や「精神的苦痛」を受け、
そして「社会的信用」を失い会社は自己破産しました。
「特許登録」の機会を失いました。
そして私は家を無くしました。さらに私は連帯保証人として債務の弁済などで、
すべての信用、財産や収入などを失うことになったのです。また私の妻子も同様の苦痛を受けたのです。
また私が代表取締役であった株式会社レフコは、当事件を発端として「自己破産」となり、
１６５人以上を超える株主は経済的損失と精神的苦痛を受けたのです。
日本社会に与える影響は大きいものであります。
また関連して中国人民および中国政府や国際社会に与える影響は甚大であります。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務がありあす。
しかし日本政府は、今日もこの事件を握り潰しています。
命には限りがあります。私を助けてください。明日に続きます。
