多くの難民が欧州に行く姿を見ると涙が出ます。
難民の多くは欧州でも、未だに、受け入れ国の国民に、歓迎されていません。
日本人は、このことについてよく理解しています。
朝鮮戦争がはじまると、多くの朝鮮人が、朝鮮半島より日本に避難してきました。
彼らは、今も日本に住んでいます。
しかし、国際社会から「朝鮮人に対するヘイトスピーチだ！」と言われるように、
日本人の「朝鮮人差別」は解消しません。
また、「慰安婦問題」のように韓国の「反日本政策」は改善しません。
アフリカ諸国やイスラム諸国から欧州に不法に入国する難民の気持ちや、
受け入れ国のの国民の不満は、日本人が一番よく理解できます。
民間企業が、経済難民を発生する国へ進出して、工場を建設して雇用を行えばよいようですが、
治安の問題などがあり、民間企業では対応できません。
それで、アフリカ諸国へ経済援助を行えば解決しそうですが、
先進諸国はどこも「巨額の援助資金」がありません。
それで、先進諸国と企業が一体となって、「経済難民を発生する国」へ「進出」して、
雇用を創出するのです。
それで、現代版の「植民地」とか「疎開地」を作って、
雇用創出と、企業活動を支援する構想です。
なにより、「植民地」とか「疎開地」では、
自由と民主主義を植え付けることが大事です。
中国の「共産党独裁体制」を「拡散」させてはいけません。
