2018-11-22:日本には有名なＴＶドラマで「必殺仕事人」があります。
役人は賄賂世界なので犯罪を無視します。それで市民は「Dark worker」（Assassin）に殺人を依頼します。
ＴＶドラマはすごい人気です。
私も「Dark worker」（Assassin）に「人権侵害の救済」を「依頼したい気持ち」になります。
誰でもそうです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。私は2つの主張をしています。混乱しないでください。
1つめは、外国人が（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反をした労働の罪」で刑事処罰されました。
しかし彼らを雇用した雇用者は（入管法73-2条）の「違法な労働を支援する罪」で処分されない。
これは外国人だけを意識的に差別する国際法違反です。「法の下で平等の原則」で、も、彼らは無罪です。
2つめは、私や外交官らが上記「外国人の違法な労働」の行為を支援したとして
(刑法の62条)の「他の犯罪を支援した罪」で処罰されたことです。
これは2つの理由で無罪です。
Ａ）１つめ主張で外国人が無罪であれば、
（入管法70条）の「在留資格の違反した労働の罪」を支援した者は誰もいません。
私たちは無罪です。
Ｂ）起訴状は、（入管法22-4-4条）の「虚偽の書類の提出による在留資格の取り消し」を支援した理由で、
（刑法の62条）を適用した。
しかし（入管法22-4-4条）は「在留資格の取り消し」であり刑事上の処罰ではありません。
（これは適用法の意識的な違反です）。
私たちは無罪です。

この事件は国際法違反です。各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。
条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。
世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
