2018-12-03:ドナルドトランプ米大統領はなんて素晴らしい人道的な政治家だ。メキシコ国境を一部閉鎖した、そして移民への武器の使用を許可した。東ドイツは国境に130万個の地雷が埋めた。そして彼らは動くものはすべて撃つために「自動射撃装置」を設置した。「社会主義者」は非人道的だ!。ドナルドトランプ大統領、Ganbare!
拝啓、昨日の続です。「５」．「味噌と糞が一緒である」起訴状は、「罪の名前」が「嘘偽」である。
逮捕理由・起訴理由は、１．私とKinGungakuが共謀して、内容が虚偽の雇用の契約書を中国人４人に提供した。それで中国人４人は容易に「在留の資格」が取得できた。
２．中国人４人は容易に「在留の資格」が得られたので日本に「在留」できた。
３．中国人４人は「日本に在留」できたので「不法な労働」をすることが出来た。
４．よって検察は、私たちが入管法（資格外の活動による不法な就労）の違反を支援した犯罪であるとした。
検察は、私たちが中国人4人を雇用する「意志が無い」にも拘わらず、中国人4人より「謝礼」を貰って「内容が虚偽の雇用の契約書」を作成し、その契約書を中国人４人に渡した、と言います。
中国人4人が日本に在留できたので彼らは「不法な労働」をすることが出来た、と言うのは「論理」ではない。中国人4人は、「不法な労働」（資格外の労働）をした罪で「起訴」されているのです。不法に在留資格を取得して日本に在留していても、法務大臣より取得した在留資格の範囲で就労すれば、「不法な労働」（資格外の労働）ではありません。
入管法は明確に規定しています。虚偽の書類で在留資格を得たものは入管法22-4-4条違反です。法務大臣より「在留の資格」が取消されます。刑事処分はありません。入管法22-4-4条違反に「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した罪」は適用できません。
「不法な労働」（資格外の労働）を「支援する罪」は入管法73-2条（不法な労働を助長する罪）で規定されています。処罰されるべきは、中国人4人を雇用しいた雇用者です。
私は、このことを「言い続けて」、もう8年です。That's enough. 「もう十分だ、もういい」Give me a break.「もううんざりだ、勘弁してよ」

日本はＥＵのように「外国人労働者」の問題で国を二分してはいけない。世界の流れは、外国人労働者を自国に受け入れません。労働力が不足すれば輸出を減らしてアメリカと喧嘩をしないことです。アメリカを「食い物」にするのはやめよう!この事件は国際法違反です。各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
