2018-12-17: この事件は「適用法の誤り」ですから、判決に反論することはありませんが、日本の裁判官の判決の「論旨」を見てください。笑うしかありません。高校生以下のレベルです。こういう裁判官が「カルロス・ゴーン氏」を裁判をしています。滑稽です。
拝啓。2018-12-07 の続きです。
７．日本は怖いよー！裁判官は「風が吹けば「Wooden tub store」が「To be profitable」」となる論理を、言います。裁判官は「良い人」をこの論理で「犯罪人」にします。検察官の「嘘の告訴」・「逮捕監禁」の「犯罪の趣旨」は、以下のとおりです。私が「Kingungaku」（仮名）と「共謀」した。私たちは中国人に「内容が虚偽の雇用の契約書」を渡した。それで中国人は「在留資格」を「容易」に「取得」できた。それで中国人は日本に在留できた。それで中国人は「不法な労働」をすることが出来た。よって、入管法違反（資格外の活動による不法な労働）の支援をした犯罪である、としたのです。犯罪の理由とした「因果関係」は、入管法の趣旨を大きく逸脱しています。「他の犯罪を支援する罪」の論理さえ「Deviation」したものです。これは明らかに適用法を違法に「適用」した犯罪です。こういう「風が吹けば「Wooden tub store」が「To be profitable」」となる論理」が「許される」であれば以下も可能です。「中国人は在留できたので中国人は「不法な労働」をするができた」。「中国人は在留できたので中国人は「殺人」をするができた」。裁判官は私たちを「殺人罪」の「支援の罪」にも出来るのです。
当事件は、法の論理で入管法22-4-4条「在留資格の取消」が優先される。だからこの適用は明らかに「でっち上げ」の犯罪といえます。しかし、もし入管法に22-4-4条「在留資格取消」の条項がなければ、こうした論法も「ありえる」のかと思うと、ぞっとします。
私の犯罪理由は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは参考です。私は日本の裁判制度を世界の人々に知ってもらうために書いています。

日本はＥＵのように「外国人労働者」の問題で国を二分してはいけない。世界の流れは、外国人労働者を自国に受け入れません。労働力が不足すれば輸出を減らしてアメリカと喧嘩をしないことです。アメリカを「食い物」にするのはやめよう!この事件は国際法違反です。各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
