拝啓。前週の続きです。
それ、中国人のAはL社に「interview」を受けるために来社しました。ですから「事実の調査」の「想像」をしました。しかし「入管の職員」が来ないのでおかしいと思いました。それに調査が「素人のよう」なので、「本当の警察官」かと疑いました。私は心配でした。「Searching for a house」が始まって、まもなく知人の森山氏が「来社」します。しかしすぐに警察官が彼をつれて外へ行きました。彼は警察官より「Interrogation」を受けています。森山氏が来社した理由は、前日にハードディスクを交換したパソコンのデータを「復旧」するためです。私のパソコンは２、３日前に壊れたのです。それで「Searching for a houseの前日」、森山氏にハードディスクを「交換」してもらいました。彼はハードディスク初期化してウィンドウズＸＰの「初期の設定」を行ったままでした。そして取り外したハードディスクは、パソコンの左横の机の上に置かれていました。
一人の捜査員が「押収したパソコン」の前に、２時間ほど座ってデータを調べていました。そして警察官はこのパソコンは「confiscation」しました。他の数台のパソコンも他の捜査員がデータを調べていましたがパソコンを「confiscation」しませんでした。私は、「サーバパソコン」の方が重要だと思い捜査員に、数台の「サーバーパソコン」の役割を説明して、ディレクトリーを表示して説明しました。しかし警察官は「LINUXサーバー」が全くわからないようだった。それで、警察官は「サーバーパソコン」に関心も示さず「confiscation」もしませんでした。
私の「犯罪の理由」は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは「参考」です。私は日本の裁判制度を世界の人々に知ってもらうために書いています。

私はこの犯罪では2つのことを「主張」しています。１．外国人が「在留資格以外の違法な労働」を行った。このことは無罪です。外国人だけが、入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。入管法はこれに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」して、雇用者を処分していません。これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します。そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。「不法に雇用した雇用者」が無罪であるならば、「違法に働いた外国人」は無罪です。そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．「起訴状」」は、犯罪の理由として、入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）を指摘しています。しかし、この処罰はありません。処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。したがって、「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.

I am "claiming" two things in this crime.1. Foreigners conducted "illegal labor other than status of residence". This is innocent.Only foreigners were punished with Article 70 of the Immigration Act "Sins of illegal labor".On the Immigration Control Act, the Immigration Control Act punishes employers who are "causal relationships" of illegal work by the Immigration Act 73-2 (a crime promoting illegal employment).However, Japan's judiciary "disposses" only foreigners and does not dispose of employers.This obviously violates the "principle of equality under the law". And it violates international law prohibiting conscious disposal only of foreigners.If "an employer who illegally employed" is innocent, "a foreigner who worked illegally" is innocent.If so, there is no one "who supported other crimes of criminal law" against Article 70 of the Immigration Act."I, KinGungaku, a diplomat in the Philippine country, a staff member of the Philippine Embassy" is innocent.
2. "Indictment" "points out the reason for crime, Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Act (acquisition of status of residence by submitting false documents).However, there is no such penalty.Disposition is "cancellation of status of residence" by "Minister of Justice" and "compulsory withdrawal to foreign countries".Therefore, "crime to support other crimes of criminal law" can not be applied.
