拝啓。前日の続きです。第４章警察はニュース製作会社と「Conspiracy」をして私を逮捕した。
2010年6月14日、「朝９時半過ぎ」だと思います。警視庁警視庁組織犯罪課および世田谷署の警察官数名の合同捜査チームが私の自宅（千葉市◯◯区）に来た。彼らは「家宅捜査」で「押収」」したパソコンおよび書類の「返却」に来た。彼らは「返却の確認」が終わると、私に「２、３日くらい「世田谷警察署」に来て欲しい」と言った。
私が玄関を出ると「２人のテレビクルー」が「待ち構え」ていた。一人は、警察官の支援で「警察のワゴン車」から私を「Video shooting」していた。もう一人は私を、ワゴン車の前から、そして後ろから、私を「Video shooting」していた。「警視庁のワゴン車」に乗せられてれ、そして車が走りだしたあと、車中から後ろを振り返ると、彼らはなおも私を「Video shooting」していた。それで、私は警察官に「何ですかあれは」と言った。警察官賀未（仮名）は「知らない」と言う。世田谷警察署に到着するまで、警察官賀未（仮名）は言った「私は社長の味方です。」「中国人の言っていることと社長の言うことが一致していればすぐに帰れます」。彼はこの事を何度も繰り返して言った。私は車の中より、弁護士村山へ携帯電話で、状況を説明した。12時前に、私たちは世田谷警察署に着いた。世田谷警察署の「取調室」に入ると、中国人４人が行った「資格外活動」の労働を支援した「疑い」で逮捕された。それは１１時半頃だと思います。そして私は「Strap attached to waist」と「handcuffs」をつけられた。
私の「犯罪の理由」は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは「参考」です。私は日本の裁判制度を世界の人々に知ってもらうために書いています。

私はこの犯罪では2つのことを「主張」しています。１．外国人が「在留資格以外の違法な労働」を行った。このことは無罪です。外国人だけが、入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。入管法はこれに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」して、雇用者を処分していません。これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します。そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。「不法に雇用した雇用者」が無罪であるならば、「違法に働いた外国人」は無罪です。そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．「起訴状」」は、犯罪の理由として、入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）を指摘しています。しかし、この処罰はありません。処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。したがって、「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
