この1年、２０１０年に発生した私の「入管法違反幇助事件」を通じて、
日本の「人権侵害」を訴えてきましたが、今日から数回にわたって、私の被害を述べます。


特別公務員らの日本国法を侮辱する、悪質な虚偽告訴及び職権濫用により、
私は、懲役１年半、罰金５０万円の実刑を受けた。
２０１０年６月１４日に逮捕・監禁され、２０１１年６月２４日に保釈を受け、
２０１２年３月５日に収監され、２０１３年３月１９日に満期出所をしました。

そして、告訴人は、肉体的苦痛や精神的苦痛、社会的信用を失い、会社を自己破産させ、
そして逮捕、長期の拘留などにより、その結果として株式公開準備会社の破産、
特許登録の機会消滅や持ち家の消失、会社の連帯保証債務の弁済などで、
すべての信用、財産や収入などを失うことになったのです。

また妻子も同様の苦痛を受けたのです。

また私が代表取締役であったL社は、当事件を発端として自己破産となり
１６５人以上を超える株主は経済的損失と精神的苦痛を受けたのです。
日本社会に与える影響は大きいものであります。
また関連して中国人民および中国政府や国際社会に与える影響は甚大であります。
