助けてください！2018年01月05日：英国首相テリーザ・メイ 閣下へのメール！
拝啓、新年あけましておめでとうございます。
本日も、年始の特別寄稿で、人権侵害による「私の被害」ＮＯ５です。
ネットを見て、告訴人にメールを送る国際社会の人々は、
日本で、起こったこの事件を信じられないと言います。
日本は、先進国家で法治国家だと、国際社会の人々は思い込んでいたのです。
日本では、事実誤認による冤罪はよく聞く話ですが、この事件は、事実関係ではなく、
犯罪をでっち上げ、ありもしない法律（私法）で逮捕、監禁したのです。
司法関係者による罪刑法定主義を否定する犯罪行為です。
憲法３１条も無視する、国家のあり方さえ否定した犯罪なのです。
憲法や法律を無視して家宅捜査、逮捕、起訴、裁判をしており、
そこにはたくさんの検察官や裁判官が関わっているのに、
そして弁護士がついるのに・・・・・「どうして！」「信じられない！」と言います。
日本国憲法第31条：
「何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、
又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。」
「私の被害」シリーズは、これで終わりです。
