尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
移民には、合法移民と不法移民があります。
不法移民は、その国の法律に基づく手続きを受けないで密入国をした移民です。
それに合法移民としての滞在許可期間が過ぎた移民です。
密入国した移民や滞在期間が過ぎた移民は、逮捕して国外退去です。
日本は密入国移民に対しては重い刑事罰を与えて国外退去です。
滞在許可期間が過ぎた移民は国外退去だけです。密入国移民に対する刑事罰は仕方ないと思います。
外国人を恣意的に差別しての刑事罰ではないからです。
国際法違犯ではないと思います。
トランプ大統領は、この密入国移民に苦労しています。
この密入国移民を逮捕して国外退去したくとも、聖域都市は逮捕しないからです。
私は３０年くらい前にロスアンジェルスやサンフランシスコの半導体関連工場へ見学に行きました。
そこには、たくさんの密入国労働者が働いていました。
警察官は工場に注意に来ると聞きました。
注意の内容を聞いて唖然としました。
彼らは密入国すると中古（ポンコツ）の自動車を購入して工場に出勤してくる。
それで警察官は工場の責任者に「事故を起こさなように、交通標識の見方を教えろ。」と言う。
密入国が成功すればアメリカ人の権利があると言うのです。
クレイジーです。
トランプ大統領が怒るのは当たり前です。
トランプ大統領を非難する国民の方がクレイジーです。
国際社会の皆さん、日本の移民問題にも関心を持ってください。続きます。
ホワイトハウスの慎重な調査、検討に感謝します。重ねてお願いします。

日本法だけでなく国際法違反です。人道上の犯罪に時効はありません。
