To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson

2021-04-21: Dear Sir
In Japan, human rights violations that are more terrifying than the "human rights violations
of the Chinese government against Uighurs" are routinely carried out.
This is a calculated criminal act by the Japanese government!
I think there are tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of foreigners victims.
They are "crying and falling asleep"! Don't you want to help us?

Western societies have a big problem with the "immigration problem".
Japan accepts more "immigration issues" than Western countries.
Japan does not accept refugees,
but Japan accepts a large number of immigrants (international students).
Since Japan is an "old, Confucian country," we engage in social activities with "tatemae and real intentions."
International students are "actually workers".
"Tatemae is an international student".
Japan will enter the country on the premise that international students will do "illegal labor".
Many international students work illegally.
There is a reporting system in Japan, so foreigners will be arrested if they are "reported"!
In illegal labor, only foreigners are punished, made into "criminals" and deported.
This reality is unthinkable in Western countries.
(The law punishes both, but the reality is that only foreigners are illegally punished! It's crazy!)

Western countries were in trouble with the people because of the acceptance of immigrants.
The same is true for Japan.
This is because they do not follow Japanese rules such as "how to put out garbage".
The biggest reason is that they rob Japanese people
of their jobs. Or, wages will not rise because cheap labor is sufficient.
Therefore, the residents have a "reporting system" (foreigners are doing "illegal labor").
(The purpose is to punish foreigners and "exile them abroad")

Part 1 There are "countless" "victims" in the "violation cases" of the "Immigration Control
and Refugee Recognition Act" by the Japanese government.
Most of the victims are Chinese, Koreans, Filipinos, etc. who have "many" "visitors".
Many are "crimes of unqualified labor."
Japan has implemented a policy of enrolling a large number of international students
under the "nominal" of "international students"
when the labor force becomes insufficient due to the "declining birthrate and aging population."
Most international students work illegally because the government's "real intention" demands a "labor force."
Recently, "technical intern trainees" have been added.
However, since the Immigration Control and Refuge is a law that prohibits "simple labor,"
"activities outside the qualifications" are a violation.
"Foreigners who have worked illegally" will be punished
under Article 70 of the "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act".
However, the immigration law is "compliant" with "international law".
Therefore, even employers who illegally work foreigners are punished equally
in Article 73-2 of the "Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act", which is a "legal system".

Immigration and police will arrest them when they are notified.
But it does not arrest the underlying employer.
This is the "bad habit" of the "old, Confucian society."
Prosecutors and police arbitrarily change the "interpretation" of the "law" to punish only foreigners.
Many who are ignorant of the law are unaware!
This is the "most" of human rights damage related to immigration law!
This punishment violates "equality before the law."
It violates international law that prohibits the arbitrary punishment of foreigners.

I will write tomorrow, too.

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized. See below for the indictment. (Japanese)

PS:
Economic activity should be "returned" to normal even under the "new corona"!
Will I continue to receive the corona vaccine two or three times a year? Crazy!
We should develop a "tester" that instantly "finds" a "positive" like thermography.
In certain places tested, negatives can return to "normal life without a mask"!
Please see the previous report for details.
Submitted additional material to the United Nations Human Rights Council (ohchr).
