不法就労とは何ら関係ない第三者を刑法の幇助罪で処分した、
司法行政の不法行為の要約」を投稿します。

　私および採用を担当した、KinGungaku（金軍学）は、７３の２条に規定する行為をしていないにも関わらず、
正犯に、雇用する意思がないのに「内容虚偽の雇用雇用書」を提供したので、正犯は容易に、
「技術」や「人文国際」在留資格が得られた。在留資格が得られたので、
日本に在住できた。
日本に在住できたので、正犯は不法就労をすることができた。

　よって、「内容虚偽の雇用契約者を提供した行為と不法就労との因果関係は明白である。」として、
刑法の幇助罪が適用され、２０１０年６月に逮捕され、７月に起訴された。

　この事件で、警察官は「一般論で犯罪を認めろと言って自白を強要します」。
検察官は「私は偉いのです。罪を認めれば罰金刑、認めなければ懲役刑にすると言って自白を強要します」。
どこの国に、一般論で処罰する国がありますか？。
日本だって憲法31条により「罪刑法定主義」の国家です。

日本は、検察官に「起訴独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「起訴状」「告発状」を受理しない限り、刑事事件として裁判ができません。
司法行政による独裁国家が続いています。

トランプ大統領はテロ対策に熱心ですが、
それには（ICC-CPI）の協力が欠かせません。

先進諸国がテロや移民問題、難民問題で苦しんでいる中、
日本では、従来から国会が批准した国際法（市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約（B規約　等）に反して、
日本に在住する多くの外国人を恣意的に犯罪人にして国外へ強制退去させています。
今、日本の政治に必要なことは、「法の下での統治をすること！基本的人権を擁護すること！国際法を遵守すること！」です。

入管法違反事件、第1回
Lefco社の社長であった私（長野）は、中国人４人（正犯）に対し、
２００９年１月頃までに、採用予定（内定）を出したが、

Lefco社に就職できなかった中国人４人（正犯）は、大学卒業後も、

しかし、正犯を雇用した飲食店の、いずれの事業者も、
入管法で定める７３の２条（不法就労助長罪）で逮捕されず、何の処分も受けていない。

この事件で、警察官は「一般論で犯罪を認めろと言って自白を強要します」。
検察官は「私は偉いのです。罪を認めれば罰金刑、認めなければ懲役刑にすると言って自白を強要します」。
どこの国に、一般論で処罰する国がありますか？。
日本だって憲法31条により「罪刑法定主義」の国家です。
日本は、検察官に「起訴独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「起訴状」「告発状」を受理しない限り、刑事事件として裁判ができません。
司法行政による独裁国家が続いています。
