Yasuhiro Nagano Opinion
March 29, 2020: Each country should relocate factories from China to its own. Dear Sirs,
that time. It should be a "factory" with the latest manufacturing equipment. With “the latest equipment,” we can produce high-quality “products” at lower prices than in China. China became a “world factory” because the world invested in China and manufactured products with “the latest equipment”.
Part 1. Labor costs in China are low.
It is not only low labor costs that China has become a global factory.
When manufacturing in China, each country built a factory
in China that had more up-to-date equipment than its own factory.
The latest equipment is automated.
The system is capable of stably producing standardized products with fewer personnel.
This “factory with the latest equipment in China” is compared to “the old factory
in the United States and Japan that has moved to China”
The productivity of US and Japanese factories is much lower.
This is a loser in capitalism.
Labor costs in China are rising.
As a result, manufacturing bases have moved from high-paid seaside factories to regions such as Wuhan,
where wages are low.
When you move, the destination factory is a factory with the latest equipment,
so productivity will further increase.
The G7 countries should relocate factories from China to their home countries
with the "New Coronavirus" opportunity.
If you build a factory in your own country,
it will be a highly productive factory at this stage because it is newer than China.
Each country invests in its own country, so each country has less investment in China.
China, where equipment cannot be renewed, is a factory with low productivity.
The supply chain becomes an "export relationship" from developed countries to China.
To make this relationship, I make suggestions weekly.
The United States should "renew" equipment in "existing factory zones."
The Mexican border should be a "special zone" to make labor-intensive products, such as finished goods.
The "poor" from Latin America should be accepted as "provisional immigration."
You should build a new factory that employs "interim migrants" in "special zones".
In Japan, a rural factory has moved to China.
Local cities in Japan have become similar to the "rusted industrial areas" of the United States.
In other words, it has become a “ghost town”.
So you should move your factory from China to this "ghost town".
This is the "local regeneration" that I claim.
Japanese-style “Regional Revitalization”
and “Construction of Special Zones” should be conducted in the UK and Europe.
Developed nations should create rich nations that are "industrial nations"
I think, why don't you agree? ? ?
It will continue next week.
Part 2. Please support the victims of human rights violations by the Japanese government.
The prosperity of the free world is "realized" by freedom, democracy and "rule under the law."
I am seriously seeking the "rule of law".
"Illegal punishment" of "violation of immigration law" has caused many victims in the world.
For details, see the "Send on weekdays" email.
Instruct the relevant parties to investigate.
There are many American victims.
There are also many Chinese victims.
There are also many Philippine victims.
If you have any questions, please ask a question by email.
