助けてください！2018年01月08日：英国首相テリーザ・メイ 閣下へのメール！
拝啓、時事通信によると、トランプ米大統領は１日、
今年初めてのツイッターへの投稿で、パキスタンへの資金支援の停止を示唆した。
続く投稿では、イラン政府による人権侵害を非難。「変革の時だ！」と訴え、
反政府デモを支持する姿勢を鮮明にした。
ＮｅｗｓＷｅｅｋによると、「アメリカとイスラエル、サウジアラビアは、
年末から一週間にわたって異例の反政府デモが続いたイランに戦争をたきつけている──
フランスのマクロン大統領は1月4日、そう非難した。」
ロイターによると、
マクロンは「フランスの同盟国でもある3カ国がイランに対して取っている外交姿勢は、
戦争につながる姿勢だ」と、記者団に語った。
さらに「それも、これは意図的な戦略だ」とも語った。
トランプ大統領の背景はいろいろありますが、人権面では正しいことを言っている。
マクロン大統領の発言はクレイジーだ！
人権問題を戦争に結び付けるのはクレイジーだ！
フランスはいつから、自由と民主主義を捨てたのだ！
英国を含めたＥＵは、イランの反政府デモを支持してください。
人権問題でもアメリカと同盟国であるべきです！
テリーザ・メイ 首相、「助けてください！日本.を法の下で統治される国にしてください。」
日本の人権問題で、私が具体的に言いたいことは２つです！
１．中国人やフィリッピン人が在留資格以外の働いたことは事実です、
入管法は働いた者と、働かせた者を平等に処分する規定です。
この事件では、在留資格以外で働いた外国人だけを刑事処分しています。
不法に働かせた者（雇用者）を、入管法７３条の２（不法就労助長罪）で何ら処分していません。
そうであれば、働かされた外国人は無罪です。
これが法の下での平等であり、国際法のルールです。
であれば、いかなる不法就労に対する幇助者も存在しません。
2．私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、不法就労罪に対する、
刑法幇助罪を適用しましたが、適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取得は、
行政処分である入管法22-4条の４（在留資格取消）です。
提供者は、同罪の幇助にはなりますが、刑法規定で刑事処分は出来ません。
基本的な法律違反の人権侵害です。
適用犯罪は、特別公務員職権乱用罪および虚偽告訴罪です。
今日も外国人らの被害者が多数発生しています。
ICCへ捜査をさせてください！国連やG7、G20などでも議題として取り上げてください。
