2018-04-02：本日のトランプ大統領等へのＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
今週は、欧州の移民・難民問題から、日本の入管法違反の虚偽事件に話を戻します。
留学生であった中国人4人が日本の大学を卒業する前提で、
私の会社は4人とそれぞれ、情報技術職として採用予定（内定）の雇用契約をしました。
4人は雇用契約書を添えて、在留資格の変更（留学から技術や人文・国際）を入管に申請しました。
卒業の前年にリーマンショックがありました。
私の会社は、受注案件が落ち込みました。
それで、入社予定4人の採用予定を取り消しました。
卒業後4人は、留学生（大学）時代にアルバイトで就労をしていた飲食店で、引き続き働きました。
卒業の翌年、2010年５月、4人はそれぞれ、在留資格外活動を行った罪（不法就労罪）で逮捕されました。
4人を雇用した事業者は、入管法が規定する「不法就労助長罪」で逮捕されませんでした。
4人が在留資格許可以外の不法就労をしたことは事実です。
検察官には、裁判所へ起訴を行う裁量権がありますが、
入管法、国際法の趣旨に反して、外国人だけに刑事処罰を与えることは正しいですか？
国際社会の皆さん、日本の司法は正しいですか？
不法入国は不法就労以前の次元の問題です。
各国は不法入国を防止するために国境に壁を作るべきです！
