日本政府や政治家に「警察官らの犯罪」を毎日訴えています。
中国政府やフィリッピン政府はなぜ自国民を守らないのか？
日本政府のハニートラップに引っかかっているようだ。
拝啓、私は日本人です。警察官、検察官、裁判官が行った、「適用法の誤り」による「自己的な犯罪」です。
起訴状に書かれている入管法２２－４条の４項（虚偽の書類提出）の幇助行為は
「刑法」の「幇助罪」は適用できません。
そして、不法な」逮捕監禁」は国際法違犯（crime against humanity ）です。
前日の続きです。
私の妻子はテレビや新聞の報道により「精神的な苦痛」を受けました。
妻は容疑者としての取調べもを受けました。
また経済的には前記した事情により私達は大きな苦痛を受けました。
息子は被告人の裁判費用の支払い、そして私の自宅（裁判所の競売）の購入費用で多額の負債を抱えております。
レフコ社は、当事件を発端として自己破産となり、
１６５人以上の株主も出資金等で経済的損失、
そして「株式上場の夢が無くなったので」精神的苦痛をうけたのです。
レフコ社はやっとV字回復のチャンスを得たのですが、残念でなりません。
私は、２０１３年３月１９日に刑務所を出所後体調が優れませんが、
検察官による自発的な「再審請求」、謝罪の上、「財産権の復活」をしてくれるのを待っていましたが
「逃げ通す」ようです。
それで国際社会の助言により、司法関係者を「虚偽告訴罪」及び「特別公務員職権濫用罪」で告訴せざるを得ません。
「虚偽の告訴罪」及び「特別公務員による職権濫用罪」の「時効期限」（7年）は過ぎました。
しかし関係者である検察官の「職務の権限の乱用」により「告訴書類の受理しないこと」が原因ですから、
「の時効期限」は停止された状態です。
このメールは今日も日本政府や政治家へ送信しています。事実です。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務がありあす。
しかし日本政府は、今日もこの事件を握り潰しています。

2018-08-02: President Donald Trump is challenging the rule of law.
