2019-02-14:韓国の「ライダイハンの問題」を国際社会は黙認する。世界は条約や法の下で統治されなくなった。世界は戦争やテロでしか統治できない。クレイジーだ!
拝啓。私たちが中国人に「内容が虚偽の雇用の契約の書類」をOfferしたことが「 status of residence」の「取得」を容易にしたとはいえません。また、 status of residenceの取得に対する「支援行為」と「 status of residence以外のIllegal employment」とは、何も、「因果関係」はありません。
中国人は「内容虚偽の雇用の契約の書類」を入国管理局に提出します。「法務大臣」は裁量で中国人に「 status of residence」を交付します。中国人は「 status of residence」を得て「 status of residence」の範囲で働けば「Illegal employment」にはなりません。したがって、「内容虚偽の雇用の契約書類」と「Illegal employment」とが因果関係でないことは明らかです。
彼等が「不法な労働者」になったのは、「働く資格のない外国人」雇用した雇用者の責任であることは明らかです。
以上により、「入管法の立法の趣旨」のとおりに「Illegal employment」に対する「支援」は入管法73-2条「不法な就労を助長する罪」の規定で処分しなければ不当であり、刑法60条および62条の適用は不法です。これは「法の論理」に外れた「爆笑の論理」です。
日本の国会議員は憲法９条しか言いません。日本国会は、戦前の国会同じです。戦前の日本は法の下で統されていました。
現在の日本も「法の下で統治」されていると言います。しかし、実態は私が毎日メールをしている内容です。
国会議員が「憲法９条を守る」と言うには、戦争をするためのカムフラジューです。すべての国会議員は憲法を守る意思がない。日本は近い将来、貴方の国と戦争をします。しばらくお待ちください。悲しいことが起きます。
このメールは、同じメールを日本の「首相官邸」や「自民党」や「政治家」などにも送っています。彼らは、いまだに日本を法の下で統治する「正義」ありません。「国際社会の皆様」!世界を自由と民主主義そして人権が守られる社会にするために立ち上がってください。
明日に続きます私はあなたが理解するまで続けます。
神はかならず「正義」を応援します。私は、必ず、正義が「勝」と信じています。
私は、2つのことを「訴えて」います。日本政府による「国際的」な人権侵害です。私たちの「名誉の回復と賠償」が行われるように、皆様のご支援をお願いします。
１．外国人が「在留の資格」以外の「違法な労働」を行った。しかし外国人は無罪です。
外国人だけが入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。これに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。
しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」しましたが、雇用者を処分していません。これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反しますそして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。
違法に外国人を雇用した雇用者が無罪であるならば、違法に働いた外国人は無罪です。そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．検察が「刑法62条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」を適用する「犯罪の理由」は以下です。外国人が入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）に規定する行為を行った。しかし、これに対する「刑事処罰」はありません。処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。したがって「刑法６２条、（他の犯罪を支援する罪）」は適用できません。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

被害者は世界にたくさんいます。「勇気と正義」で、たくさんの「被害者」を「救済」してください。私は被害者の「名誉の回復」と「被害者に対する賠償」を日本政府に要求します。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
