この事件で、警察官は「一般論で犯罪を認めろと言って自白を強要します」。
検察官は「私は偉いのです。罪を認めれば罰金刑、認めなければ懲役刑にすると言って自白を強要します」。
どこの国に、一般論で処罰する国がありますか？。日本だって憲法31条により「罪刑法定主義」の国家です。
日本は、検察官に「起訴独占権」を与えていますので、
検察が「起訴状」「告発状」を受理しない限り、刑事事件として裁判ができません。
司法行政による独裁国家が続いています。
