助けてください！2018年01月16日：英国首相テリーザ・メイ 閣下へのメール！
拝啓、サンケイ新聞によると、
トランプ米大統領は１４日のツイッターで、
子供の時に親に連れられて米国に不法入国した若者らの強制送還を猶予した措置について
「恐らく死んだ状態だ」と投稿し、
若者らを救済する法案を巡る野党民主党との合意に悲観的な見解を示した。
トランプ氏はオバマ前政権による猶予措置を３月に打ち切ると表明。
メキシコ国境の壁など厳格な不法移民対策を法案に盛り込むことを条件に救済に応じる考えを示しているが、
壁建設に難色を示す民主党との協議は難航している。
対象となる不法移民の若者は約８０万人とされ、救済策がまとまらなければ、
３月以降に強制退去となる恐れもある。
日本人の私には理解できない。
不法移民は「強制退去」するのがルールだと思ってます。
なぜメキシコ国境に壁を作るのか？理解できない。
不法移民は警察官が捕まえて「強制退去」させればいいのです。
聖域都市の警察官が逮捕しないならば、
連邦政府で不法移民を「強制退去」させる警察官を臨時雇用すればよい。
法の下での統治を行うことです。
日本政府は合法的な移民を、在留資格外の就労をした罪で刑事処分（懲役刑）にして、
国外退去させている。
トランプ大統領の主張は正しい。
トランプ大統領に反対する者が日本の対応を知ったら、ショック死するだろう。
トランプ大統領の移民政策は安倍首相より紳士であることを知るべきです。
テリーザ・メイ 首相、「助けてください！日本を法の下で統治される国にしてください。」
日本の人権問題で、私が具体的に言いたいことは２つです！
１．中国人やフィリッピン人が在留資格以外の働いたことは事実です、
入管法は働いた者と、働かせた者を平等に処分する規定です。
この事件では、在留資格以外で働いた外国人だけを刑事処分しています。
不法に働かせた者（雇用者）を、入管法７３条の２（不法就労助長罪）で何ら処分していません。
そうであれば、働かされた外国人は無罪です。
これが法の下での平等であり、国際法のルールです。
であれば、いかなる不法就労に対する幇助者も存在しません。
2．私やフィリッピン大使館職員などに対して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を提供したとして、不法就労罪に対する、
刑法幇助罪を適用しましたが、適用法誤りです。
虚偽の書類提出による在留資格取得は、
行政処分である入管法22-4条の４（在留資格取消）です。
提供者は、同罪の幇助にはなりますが、刑法規定で刑事処分は出来ません。
基本的な法律違反の人権侵害です。
適用犯罪は、特別公務員職権乱用罪および虚偽告訴罪です。
今日も外国人らの被害者が多数発生しています。
ICCへ捜査をさせてください！国連やG7、G20などでも議題として取り上げてください。
