日本政府による、貴国の「不法就労罪」での人権侵害被害者を救済してください。
日本に滞在する外国人は、
「永住」や「日本人の配偶者」などの資格をのぞいて、
在留資格ごとに収入を得て働く範囲が制限されています。
外国人が在留資格ごとに定められた活動以外で収入を得ると、
在留資格外の不法な就労として入管法７０条で処罰させられます。
もちろん在留期限がオーバーした外国人は不法滞在ですから、無条件に不法就労です。
大事なことですが、
不法就労は、働く資格のない外国人と、
働く資格のない外国人を雇用する事業者がいるから成り立つのです。
それで働く資格のない外国人を雇用した事業者を、
入管法は事業者を処罰しています。７３条ー２（不法就労を助長した罪）。
入管法は、不法就労した外国人と不法就労させた事業者（雇用者）の両方を処罰しています。

各国政府は日本政府より人権侵害を受けた自国民の救済を日本政府に求めるべきです。
移民や難民を新たに受け入れるよりも、自国民の救済を優先すべきです。
