ドナルドトランプ大統領は法の支配を唱え戦っている。
日本では検察官に「起訴の独占権」が与えられています。
ですから検察官らの犯罪は、仲間を庇って握りつぶしています。
日本に「法の下での統治」を要求してください。
拝啓、私は日本人です。
今週から、警察官の犯罪行為の告訴状に記載した「告訴の趣旨」を掲載します。
日本では、8月13日から16日までの4日間は「お盆休み」になります。
多くビジネスマンは、この期間を挟んで8月11日より8月19日まで「夏休み」を取ります。
今週から「警察官の犯罪」を告訴した「刑事告訴の書状」に記載した「刑事告訴の趣旨」を掲載します。
日本では、不法な労働をした外国人は入管法７０条「不法な労働の罪」で刑事処罰します。
そして不法な労働をさせた雇用者は入管法73-2 条「不法な労働を助長した罪」で刑事処罰します。
両者を平等に処罰する規定になっています。
こうすることで、日本国憲法の「Equality under the law」、
そして外国人を恣意的に刑罰することを禁じた「国際法」に違反しないように立法しています。
しかし、実態は「不法な労働をさせた雇用者」を「不法な労働を助長する罪」で処罰をしていない。
そして「不法な労働」をした外国人だけを「不法な労働の罪」で処罰して国外に追放にしています。
これは、外国人を恣意的に差別することを禁じた国際法に反しています。
日本国憲法の法の下での平等にも反しています。
不法な労働をさせた雇用者が「不法な労働を助長した罪」で処罰を受けない場合は、
不法な労働をした外国人も処罰無しです。こうすることが法の論理です。
そうであれば当然、不法な労働に対して、「如何なる幇助をした者」もいないということです。
これが法の下での統治であり、基本的人権の尊重であり、国際法の遵守です。

国際社会の皆さん、日本の状況を危惧してください。
世界の皆さん、日本を「法の法の下で統治」される国にして下さい。
日本政府は、謝罪と私たちの名誉の回復し、そして損賠賠償を早急に行う義務がありあす。
しかし日本政府は、今日も、この事件を無視しています。
命には限りがあります。私を助けてください。

by "illegal labor crime" to expel them outside the country.
This is contrary to international law which prohibited foreign discrimination arbitrarily.
It is contrary to equality under the law of the Constitution of Japan.
In case employers who let illegal work do not receive punishment
in "crimes promoting illegal labor",
foreigners who illegally worked are not punished. This is the logic of the law.
If so, it is natural that there is no "anyone who has helped illegally"
against illegal labor.
This is governance under the law, respect for fundamental human rights,
compliance with international law.

please worry about the situation in Japan.

and to compensate damages as soon as possible.
