Yesterday, a school filled with innocent children and caring teachers became the scene of terrible violence, hatred, and evil. Around 2:30 yesterday afternoon, police responded to reports of gunfire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida -- a great and safe community. There, a shooter, who is now in custody, opened fire on defenseless students and teachers. He murdered 17 people and badly wounded at least 14 others. Our entire nation, with one heavy heart, is praying for the victims and their families. To every parent, teacher, and child who is hurting so badly, we are here for you -- whatever you need, whatever we can do, to ease your pain. We are all joined together as one American family, and your suffering is our burden also. No child, no teacher, should ever be in danger in an American school. No parent should ever have to fear for their sons and daughters when they kiss them goodbye in the morning. Each person who was stolen from us yesterday had a full life ahead of them -- a life filled with wondrous beauty and unlimited potential and promise. Each one had dreams to pursue, love to give, and talents to share with the world. And each one had a family to whom they meant everything in the world. Today, we mourn for all of those who lost their lives. We comfort the grieving and the wounded. And we hurt for the entire community of Parkland, Florida that is now in shock, in pain, and searching for answers. Soon after the shooting, I spoke with Governor Scott to convey our deepest sympathies to the people of Florida and our determination to assist in any way that we can. I also spoke with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. I'm making plans to visit Parkland to meet with families and local officials, and to continue coordinating the federal response. In these moments of heartache and darkness, we hold on to God’s word in scripture: “I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. I will heal you.” We trust in that promise, and we hold fast to our fellow Americans in their time of sorrow. 　読売新聞１５日の社説によると、「朝鮮に核・ミサイル開発放棄の意思がなければ、対話を　毎日新聞によると、は１６日、中国製などの鉄鋼・アルミニウム製品の輸入増加が「国家安全保障上の脅威になる」として、トランプ大統領に輸入制限発動を勧告したと発表した。中国を最大の標的とするが、日本を含む全ての国に関税や輸入上限枠を適用するものなど複数案を提示。これに対し中国は強く反発し、米国が実際に発動すれば対抗措置に踏み切ることを示唆しており、米中貿易摩擦の激化だけでなく、世界の自由貿易体制を揺るがす恐れがある。
　日本も輸入制限の対象に含まれており、日本鉄鋼連盟は「内容を十分分析したうえで、対応などを検討したい。大統領の賢明な判断を期待する」とコメントした。

　この米商務省提案は、アメリカの貿易赤字を解消する政策の一環だと思いますが、全ての貿易相手国を対象とするのはクレイジーです。アメリカはまず、貿易赤字の半分を占める対中国に対する貿易を解消することです。アメリカが対中国貿易で赤字を垂れ流すと迷惑するのは日本などの同盟国です。アメリカが米ドルを中国にプレゼンとして、中国の軍事力を増強させるスポンサーを続けるならば、日本などの同盟国に軍備費用増強のための賠償金を支払うべきです。米商務省はクレイジーです。トランプ大統領は米商務省に対中国の貿易赤字を解消する計画を立案させるべきです。立案できなければ「商務省の役人は全員　くびだ」と言ってください。ついでに、日本の人道上の犯罪が理解できない役人も「全員　くび」にしてください！

　警察官（Ｋ）は、「社長、僕ら不法就労助長行為をしたとか言っていないよ！」「嘘の雇用契約書を作成した情況証拠がたくさんあるんだから・・・・」と言うのです。「社長！質問にだけ答えてくださいよ・・・」と言ってワープロ入力をしているのです。
　私は、「不法就労」に対する幇助は「不法就労助長罪」の行為しかないと思っていますので、そのことを主張したのですが、警察も入管法違反幇助の幇助理由が「不法就労助長罪」の行為を指していないことは同じでした。
警察官（Ｋ）は、法に基づかない不当な理由で逮捕、監禁で職権の濫用をしています。そして、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を作成したことを不法就労の幇助理由とするのです。しかし、この反論は意見がまったくあいません。私のいう罪刑法定主義の説明に、警察官（Ｋ）は、聞く耳を持ちません。

Laut dem Leitartikel der 15. Yomiuri Shimbun, "Wenn es keine Absicht gibt, die Entwicklung von Kernwaffen und Raketen in Korea aufzugeben, wird die Erhöhung der Importe von Stahl und Aluminiumprodukten, wie sie in China hergestellt werden, die nationale Sicherheit erhöhen Es wird eine Bedrohung für die oben genannten, "angekündigt, dass sie den Import von Trümpfen an Präsident empfohlen. Vor allem soll Amerika den Handel mit China, der die Hälfte des Handelsdefizits ausmacht, beseitigen. Japan und andere Verbündete beunruhigen Amerika, wenn es im Handel mit China Defizite gibt. Wenn die Vereinigten Staaten weiterhin die US-Militärmacht an China sponsern, indem sie China den US-Dollar darbieten, sollten wir eine Entschädigung für die Stärkung der Rüstung für Japan und andere Verbündete zahlen. Das US-Handelsministerium ist verrückt. Trump Präsident sollte das US-Handelsministerium einen Plan planen, um Chinas Handelsdefizit zu beseitigen. Der Polizist (K) missbraucht seine Autorität durch Festnahme und Inhaftierung aus ungerechten Gründen, die nicht auf dem Gesetz beruhen. Your 1600 Daily: STATEMENT FROM PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP My fellow Americans, today I speak to a nation in grief. Yesterday, a school filled with innocent children and caring teachers became the scene of terrible violence, hatred, and evil. Around 2:30 yesterday afternoon, police responded to reports of gunfire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida -- a great and safe community. There, a shooter, who is now in custody, opened fire on defenseless students and teachers. He murdered 17 people and badly wounded at least 14 others. Our entire nation, with one heavy heart, is praying for the victims and their families. To every parent, teacher, and child who is hurting so badly, we are here for you -- whatever you need, whatever we can do, to ease your pain. We are all joined together as one American family, and your suffering is our burden also. No child, no teacher, should ever be in danger in an American school. No parent should ever have to fear for their sons and daughters when they kiss them goodbye in the morning. Each person who was stolen from us yesterday had a full life ahead of them -- a life filled with wondrous beauty and unlimited potential and promise. Each one had dreams to pursue, love to give, and talents to share with the world. And each one had a family to whom they meant everything in the world. Today, we mourn for all of those who lost their lives. We comfort the grieving and the wounded. And we hurt for the entire community of Parkland, Florida that is now in shock, in pain, and searching for answers. To law enforcement, first responders, and teachers who responded so bravely in the face of danger: We thank you for your courage. Soon after the shooting, I spoke with Governor Scott to convey our deepest sympathies to the people of Florida and our determination to assist in any way that we can. I also spoke with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. I'm making plans to visit Parkland to meet with families and local officials, and to continue coordinating the federal response. In these moments of heartache and darkness, we hold on to God’s word in scripture: “I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. I will heal you.” We trust in that promise, and we hold fast to our fellow Americans in their time of sorrow. I want to speak now directly to America’s children, especially those who feel lost, alone, confused or even scared: I want you to know that you are never alone and you never will be. You have people who care about you, who love you, and who will do anything at all to protect you. If you need help, turn to a teacher, a family member, a local police officer, or a faith leader. Answer hate with love; answer cruelty with kindness. We must also work together to create a culture in our country that embraces the dignity of life, that creates deep and meaningful human connections, and that turns classmates and colleagues into friends and neighbors. Our administration is working closely with local authorities to investigate the shooting and learn everything we can. We are committed to working with state and local leaders to help secure our schools, and tackle the difficult issue of mental health. Later this month, I will be meeting with the nation’s governors and attorney generals, where making our schools and our children safer will be our top priority. It is not enough to simply take actions that make us feel like we are making a difference. We must actually make that difference. In times of tragedy, the bonds that sustain us are those of family, faith, community, and country. These bonds are stronger than the forces of hatred and evil, and these bonds grow even stronger in the hours of our greatest need. And so always, but especially today, let us hold our loved ones close, let us pray for healing and for peace, and let us come together as one nation to wipe away the tears and strive for a much better tomorrow.
