2018-03-16：本日のトランプ大統領等へのＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
尚、ＩＣＣへ、下記、文末に記載の「日本国の政府職員による、
移民、難民に対する扱いをめぐる人道上の犯罪」を捜査するようにプッシュをお願いします。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。助けてください！
「起訴状」をご覧になればわかりますが、
検察官は、犯罪理由として、中国人4人が資格外就労をした事実をのべています。
そして私と部下であった中国人であるＫｉｎＧｕｎｇａｋｕが共謀して、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を中国人に渡した事実。
そして中国人4人が、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を東京入管へ提出した事実を記載しています。
この事実をもって、適用法を、中国人4人が資格外活動による不法就労をした犯罪に対して、
刑法の幇助罪を適用しています。
しかし、多くの人が気がついてくれましたが、
起訴状は、中国人4人が資格外活動で働いた事実と
入管法22条の４の4項（虚偽の書類提出による在留資格の取消）事実を記載しています。
そうすると、私とＫｉｎＧｕｎｇａｋｕは、22条の４の4項の幇助行為です。
22条の４の4項違反は、法務大臣より在留資格の取消処分がされます。
刑事罰はありません。
したがって刑法の幇助罪は適用できません。
2010年7月より入管法が改正されて22条の４の4項の幇助行為をした外国人は国外退去になりました。
日本の国会議員や司法職員はクレイジーです。
可笑しいでしょう！
来週は、推測ですがアメリカ人も被害にあっている事実を記載します。
ホワイトハウスの慎重な調査、検討に感謝します。
