2018-12-14: カルロス・ゴーン氏の「弁護人」は「Former prosecutor」の「大鶴」氏です。彼の「検察官」時代の「主義」です。かれは以下の人々を犯罪人にしてきた。「汗をかいて働く人」、「「リストラ」されて仕事がない人」、「法律を遵守している企業の人たち」です。彼は「At all costs」犯罪人を「創作」してきた。こういう「悪人」が今、ゴーン氏の弁護士です。
拝啓。１１月１９日にカルロス・ゴーン氏が逮捕されてから２週間が経過しようとしている。しかし「Presumed innocence」と言う言葉。この「Principles of modern countries」は日本では通用しない。私は、いまでも、犯罪者のままだ。私は「大鶴氏」の言葉どおり「憤慨している」。日本は法治国家ではない。警察官は言った「あなたは一般論で犯罪を認めるべきだ」。検察官は言った「私は偉いのだ。あなたは犯罪を認めるべきだ。クレイジだ。
これが日本の検察の考えです法律を遵守している人たちが憤慨しても、検察の力で犯罪者にするのです。法治国家の検察官の言う言葉ではありません。彼は、最低の人間です。人間の「屑」です。
カルロスゴーン氏は、日本の経営者では想像できないくらいの報酬を得たのです。それで検察は「感情の理論」によって、カルロスゴーン氏を犯罪者に「作り上げた」のです。証拠がないので、断定はできません。カルロスゴーン氏は報酬の「後払い」を認めています。しかし「報酬の後払い」を証明する、契約書や取締役会の議事録に記載がないと思います。有価証券報告書の原稿を作成した責任者も、事実を知らないと思います。メディアが報道する情報では、「報酬の後払い」を「確定する証拠」がありません。だから、私はカルロスゴーン氏を「無罪」だと「推定」します。「Presumed innocence」と言う言葉。この「Principles of modern countries」は日本で通用させるべきです。裁判が楽しみです。しかし裁判の前に、裁判所はゴーン氏を「bail」するべきです。私の場合は、検察官作成した「Indictment」の「犯罪を指摘する理由」そのものが「犯罪」になりません。入管法22-4-4 条が証拠です。

日本はＥＵのように「外国人労働者」の問題で国を二分してはいけない。世界の流れは、外国人労働者を自国に受け入れません。労働力が不足すれば輸出を減らしてアメリカと喧嘩をしないことです。アメリカを「食い物」にするのはやめよう!この事件は国際法違反です。各国において「批准した条約」は「各国の法律」よりも優先します。条約違反を「指摘」することは「内政の干渉」ではありません。世界は法の下で統治されるべきです。日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
