このメールは、国際社会に、地球上の人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、
私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。
日本政府は、世界が悩んでいる移民問題で、国際法、日本国憲法、
入管法（移民法）に基づかない「人道上の違法な犯罪行為」で、
合法的な理由で入国させた労働者外国人を、不法就労の理由で、
刑事犯罪人にして、使い捨てにして、国外退去させています。
この犯罪行為はトランプ大統領の「アメリカ第一主義」とは全く違う、
極めて極悪な犯罪行為です。
日本国内での解決は、国会議員への訴えも虚しく枯渇しましたので、国際社会に訴えます。
すでに、ＩＣＣへ告訴（情報通知）をしましたが、国際社会の皆様も理解して下さい。
そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題を解決する上でも、
最優先でこの問題を糾弾するように圧力をかけて下さい。

この問題が国際法の下で解決すれば、国際法の下での問題解決に絶望した、
テロリストのテロ行為も解決できるかもしれません。
以下は、トランプ大統領に以下のメールした内容をシリーズで提供します。
本日のＥメール内容は、

入管法７３の２条に規定する行為をしていないにも関わらず、
正犯に、雇用する意思がないのに「内容虚偽の雇用雇用書」を提供したので、
正犯は容易に、「技術」や「人文国際」在留資格が得られた。
在留資格が得られたので、日本に在住できた。
日本に在住できたので、正犯は不法就労をすることができた。
よって、「内容虚偽の雇用契約者を提供した行為と不法就労との因果関係は明白である。」
としての刑法の幇助罪が適用され、
２０１０年６月に逮捕され、７月に起訴された。
こういう論法は、日本では「風が吹けば桶屋が儲かる』という、「こじつけ』の論法です。
勿論、法の論理に反しています。
風が吹いたら、何で「桶屋」が儲かるの？
アメリカでも、世界中でも、このような論法はあり得ないと思います。
遠い因果関係で、何でも犯罪にすることができます。
起訴状で、犯罪の事実を記載している「訴因」は、
虚偽の書類を提出したことを記載しています。
それが事実であるとしても、入管法の「虚偽の書類を提出」（刑罰は国外退去の行政処分」の
幇助行為です。刑法の幇助罪は適用できません。
