拝啓。前日の続きです。話を「House investigation」に戻します。Ｌ社での「押収品」は「会計帳簿」、「証憑」、「預金通帳」や「契約書等」と「私が使用していたパソコン」です。事務所の「House investigation」が終わると、お昼ごろでしたが、昼食を食べないで、「警察のワゴン車」で、私の自宅（千葉市◯◯区）に向かいます。自宅に到着します。私は家の中に入ります。そして、警察官は、「House investigation」の「Permission documents」を見せて家に入ります。自宅では、「My wife's bankbook」が目当てです。１０分くらいして、「My wife's bankbook」を「Seizure」します。中国人４人も含め、Ｌ社で「Withholding collection agency service」を「提供」していましたので、その「Flow of money」の確認です。私は「麹町税務署」に「Withholding collection agency service」を確認していた。「麹町税務署」が「違法ではない」と言うので、私は中国人から「所得税」を預かっていました。「税金」は毎月「麹町税務署」に支払い、「Year-end adjustment」は「会計事務所」に依頼して、各自冶体にも「Tax withholding」の報告をしていました。中国人らのメリットは「Revenue achievement above capability」を作ることです。中国人は「Revenue record」を相手に示すことで、自分を高い報酬で相手に売り込みできるからです。（リーマンショック前は、ものすごい売り手市場なので通用したのです）。なお、この件については「Written report」作成して署名をしました。私は、この時点では、この「House investigation」の影響を甘く考えていました。私はこの件で「tumult」をするつもりはありませんでした。
私の「犯罪の理由」は「適用する法律」の誤りですから、書いていることは「参考」です。私は日本の裁判制度を世界の人々に知ってもらうために書いています。

私はこの犯罪では2つのことを「主張」しています。１．外国人が「在留資格以外の違法な労働」を行った。このことは無罪です。外国人だけが、入管法７０条「違法な労働の罪」で処罰されました。入管法はこれに対して入管法は不法な労働の「因果関係」である雇用者を入管法７３－２条（不法な就労を助長した罪）で処罰しています。しかし、日本の司法は外国人のみを「処分」して、雇用者を処分していません。これは明らかに「法の下での平等の原則」に反します。そして外国人だけを意識的に処分することを禁じた国際法に違反しています。「不法に雇用した雇用者」が無罪であるならば、「違法に働いた外国人」は無罪です。そうであれば、入管法70条に対する「刑法の他の犯罪を支援した者」は誰もいません。「私、KinGungaku、フィリッピン国の外交官、フィリッピン大使館職員」は無罪です。
２．「起訴状」」は、犯罪の理由として、入管法22-4-4条（虚偽の書類を提出することによる在留資格の取得）を指摘しています。しかし、この処罰はありません。処分は、法務大臣による「在留資格の取り消し」と「国外への強制退去」です。したがって、「刑法の他の犯罪を支援する罪」は適用できません。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。

As my Administration continues to fight the drug and opioid crisis on all fronts, I encourage Americans to participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day Saturday, October 27, 2018. Take Back Day is in an opportunity for individuals to safely dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs at one of any of the thousands of drop-off sites.
Accidental poisoning is now the leading cause of unintentional injury-related deaths in the United States, claiming tens of thousands of lives each year. Ninety percent of these accidental fatalities are due to drug overdose, and the majority of drug poisoning deaths are opioid-related—a problem that most often originates inside the family medicine cabinet.
During a recent Take Back Day, the Drug Enforcement Administration collected 474.5 tons of prescription drugs for disposal at more than 5,800 collection sites: enough pills to fill three Boeing 757 airplanes. We must continue to ensure that these drugs do not end up in the hands of our most vulnerable.
