韓国政府は「脱北者団体」へ北朝鮮に向けての「チラシ」の「投下」を禁止することはできないと思います。
禁止をする場合は「適切な法律」を立法するべきです。
私は「脱北者団体」の「本当の気持ち」は北朝鮮の「体制の破壊」よりも、韓国政府へ「嫌がらせ」をしていると思います。
それは彼らの韓国での生活が苦しいからだと思います。
韓国政府は、「脱北者」に対して、韓国での豊かな生活を支援すべきです。
「ミサイル攻撃」をする「予告のチラシ」が「フェイク」であるか否かの判断は韓国がすることです。
2017年1月の入管法の改正で「私は無罪」であることが改正理由で述べています。理由：「処罰できない」から「処罰できる」ように改正する。
