２．Nagano Yasuhiroは、「Cyosuki」が、資格外活動で働くことを知っているのに、
レフコで働くと言って「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を作成した。
入管法２２の４条４項虚偽の書類提出の幇助に該当します。
３．（Nagano Yasuhiroの部下であるKIｎGungaku）は、「Cyosuki」に「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」を交付した。
入管法２２の４条４項虚偽の書類提出の幇助に該当します。
４．12月１５日、「Cyosuki」は、在留期間（資格）更新許可申請書とともに
「内容虚偽の雇用契約書」等を東京入管に提出した。
そして、彼は２０１０年３月２３日、新しい在留許可を得た。
入管法２２の４条４項虚偽の書類提出に該当します。
