以下は、本日、トランプ大統領や各国大使館、世界のメディア、国会議員などに、
司法行政による「人道上の犯罪事実」を、シリーズで掲載したメールした内容です。

2017-10-05:本日、トランプ大統領メールをした、
「ＩＣＣへ提訴した日本政府の人道上の犯罪シリーズ」ＮＯ12です。
このメールは、国際社会に、地球上の人道上の犯罪を撲滅するために、
私の住む身近な日本での不法な司法行政を暴露していきます。
日本政府は、世界が悩んでいる移民問題で、
国際法、日本国憲法、入管法（移民法）に基づかない「人道上の違法な犯罪行為」で、
合法的な理由で入国させた労働者外国人を、
不法就労の理由で、刑事犯罪人にして、使い捨てにして、国外退去させています。
この犯罪行為はトランプ大統領の「アメリカ第一主義」とは全く違う、
極めて極悪な犯罪行為です。
日本国内での解決は、国会議員への訴えも虚しく枯渇しましたので、国際社会に訴えます。
すでに、ＩＣＣへ告訴（情報通知）をしましたが、国際社会の皆様も理解して下さい。
そしてまたＩＣＣに対して、テロ問題を解決する上でも、
最優先でこの問題を糾弾するように圧力をかけて下さい。

この問題が国際法の下で解決すれば、国際法の下での問題解決に絶望した、
テロリストのテロ行為も解決できるかもしれません。
以下は、トランプ大統領に以下のメールした内容をシリーズで提供します。
本日のＥメール内容は、
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。

私および中国人の正犯４人やKinGungakuは、
日本国憲法の第１４条（法の下の平等）第1項、
「すべて国民は、法の下に平等であって、人種、信条、性別、社会的身分又は門地により、
政治的、経済的又は社会的関係において、差別されない。」、
そして、日本国憲法の３１条、「何人も、法律の定める手続によらなければ、
その生命若しくは自由を奪はれ、又はその他の刑罰を科せられない。」 に照らして、
何の違反もしていません（後述）。
なお、日本国も批准している「市民権と政治的権利に関する国際規約」
第2条（1）（3）、第4条（1）、第5条（2）、第9条(1) (5)、第13条、第14条（６）、
第15条（1）、第16条、第17条、第26条、に明確に反しており、
なんら罪に問われることはなく冤罪です。
中国人4人は無罪です。
李勇は、彼らは、不法就労させられたのです。
彼らを雇用して不法就労させた事業者が無罪で、
事業者に雇用され不法就労させられた外国人だけが犯罪者として処罰されるのは、
国際規約に反します。
勿論、日本国憲法や入管法に反します。
私や彼らは、不法に逮捕され、監禁され、法に反する不法な処罰を受けたのです。
